About Zapio VMS App
Zapio VMS is our own visitor management system for workplaces in Dubai, the UAE and the GCC. It replaces paper logbooks with digital check-in for visitors, contractors and employees, in English and Arabic.
The app powers the self-service kiosk and gives reception, hosts and security a live view of everyone on site.
Our approach
We designed one app with two faces: a large, friendly kiosk flow for visitors and a focused dashboard for staff. Clear status colours, Arabic support and instant host notifications keep the front desk moving.

Visitors scan a QR invite or self-register with a photo and host.
Hosts are alerted the moment their visitor arrives.
