The challenge
Visitors were logged on paper at each site, hosts rarely knew when guests arrived, and there was no single record of who was on a farm or in the office at any moment, which matters for food safety and emergencies.

About Elite Agro Holding VMS
Elite Agro Holding is a UAE agriculture and food group with offices, farms and facilities that receive suppliers, inspectors, contractors and business guests every day.
We set up Zapio VMS for the group under its own brand and built a mobile app so hosts and gate teams can manage visitors from anywhere.
Our approach
We branded the system in Elite Agro’s green and navy, kept the sign-in familiar from their web portal, and designed a short three-step invite flow. Every invitation sends a QR pass plus the safety briefing and NDA, so check-in at the gate takes seconds.
What we built
Key Features of the Elite Agro Holding VMS App
Hosts pre-register visitors and the app sends a personal QR pass by email or SMS.
Visitors scan their pass at the gate; the host is notified straight away.
Site safety briefings and NDAs are accepted digitally before arrival.
Who is on site, who is expected and full visit history for audits.
