About Thrive Impulse
Thrive Impulse is an HR consultancy offering bespoke consultancy, training and coaching for individuals, teams and organisations. Its work follows Dr. Birkman’s approach to understanding behaviours, needs and motivations.
Services range from life, executive and career coaching to workshops on leadership, negotiation and communication, plus HR consultancy, change management and recruitment.
Our approach
We designed a distinctive split-screen, one-page journey with numbered sections, black-and-white photography and bright blue and amber accents. Visitors move naturally from specialities to coaching, workshops, HR services and the coaching steps, ending with a simple “Let’s talk” contact.
